On this amazing Pioneer day I was thinking since I have become pregnant, how amazing my family is. Not only my current family, with my husband and my peanut, but also the next righteous generation to be born(aka my peanut!), my extended family, and my amazing ancestors that have gone before us. We are all linked in the eternities, and I thought I don't know my ancestors as well as I would like to, not only for the purpose of geneology but to really know them and there struggles and their triumphs. I know that they need us as much as we need them to live forever with our savior. I don't think we know how much they pray for us and how much they are pulling for us in the spirit world. I like The quote from James E. Faust, “The Phenomenon That Is You,” which states
Begin to unlock the knowledge of who you really are by learning more about your forebears.
So I am going to try and learn more of my ancestors, and the amazing people they were!
Just as our children will and grandchildren will be wanting to learn of us..

Independance Day
We went to the Davis Fireworks, I am just getting ready for the fire works to blast off!
We are so greatful to have our freedom and liberty, and to be in a country that is so greatly blessed! We are greatful to have our friends and family members in our life and for their support through good times and bad!

First Ultrasound, Here is my Peanut!
So my first ultrasound was on July 1st, 2009. We were so excited to see Baby Ellis on the big screen! People say at 12 wks the morning sickness stops. Originally we thought I was 11 1/2 wks along so I was excited for better feeling days to come. As we saw the heartbeat and my little peanut they said it looks like your not as far along as you thought. I was 9 1/2 wks now and they upped my due date to January 31st, 2009. Even though it stinks to be sick longer I am so greatful that I heard and saw the babies heart beat! My little Peanut!
